    To potential clients of Able Pool & Spa, I can't tell you how pleased we have been with our new pool. We were outside the entire summer and didn't care about the hot temperatures in July and August. How refreshing to be able to walk out your back door and have your own pool to enjoy. I had heard horror stories about the time and money it takes to maintain a pool, but we have been pleasantly surprised at just how easy it is with a fiberglass pool. It only takes twenty minutes to brush the sides if dirt and algae start to show and have it vacuumed. It's funny to think we were worried we'd need a pool service! Whenever we have questions about our chemicals it only takes five minutes to have Able Pool & Spa check them and give us advice on what we need and how much to use. When we had a problem with our heater they were very diligent in getting it fixed, and when that proved to be impossible, they replaced it free! Speaking of the heater, we probably wouldn't need one if I didn't like swimming in bathwater,

    We purchased a Rainbow play structure for our church through Able Pool & Spa. We had asked if someone can spend a few minutes to help us to get started in the assembly. Nick arrived in the morning as we start to assemble the play structure. The play structure was a lot more complicated to put together than we thought. The instructions were complicated and were not the best in taking you step by step to do this. Without any hesitation, Nick proceeded to help us assemble the base of the structure. He made it look easy. It would've taken us hours to get done what he did in 15 minutes. For some reason, there were a few missing pieces of the structure. Nick went back to the store and returned with the missing parts. Without us asking, he continues to help us assemble the play structure. By then we had all the play structure accessories put together (swings, slide, robe ladder, etc) and he helped us attach them to the play structure. The slide was especially hard to do.     Rowena (not sure if correct spelling) the owner is very nice and caring towards her customers. I feel like inviting her over for Thanksgiving dinner or other family events. She introduced me to her very knowledgeable staff. The staff to name a few Sara and Mark are extremely professional and knowledgeable about products and service towards spas. I have had nothing but trouble getting my water balanced on my spa (New owner). They have guided me to spa bliss, now my spa is my Zen place thanks to them. I, unfortunately, did not purchase my spa @ablepoolandspas. I purchased it from a competitor of them. I wish I could turn back time because the Las Cruces Pool company sold me the spa. They have not been very helpful with my issues with water. The spa was not cheap, you would think they would be as helpful as Able Pool and Spas. Thanks for listening and helping me.

    I have wanted a pool for many years and finally decided to get a pool for my family. After researching fiberglass vs concrete pools for options and maintenance and researching the many pool companies in town, I decided to go with Able Pool and Spa. It was the best decision I made for selecting a pool contractor. They were friendly and listened to what I wanted. They presented me with various options for customizing my pool. After the major decisions were made, they came to survey the area and though the pool area was smaller than they first believed, they were confident the pool would be installed as we had decided. During the construction, their employees were respectful and efficient. They cleaned up as they worked and kept me informed of their progress.
