GOLD STAR ADDENDUM FOR WEEKLY POOL CLEANING SERVICE

Customer requests that pool equipment and plumbing be automatically  serviced on an as needed basis.

Examples include but are not limited to filter cleanings , grid replacements, sand change outs, pump repairs, time clock repairs, plumbing and filter repairs.

These services will be billed at our normal service rate and immediately charged to the credit card customer has provided.  All repairs exceeding 400.00 on a single ticket will be approved by homeowner prior to commencement of repair.  If repair is not approved by homeowner only the normal service call charge will be billed.
